A language of images created in public locations for public visibility.

Street Art is today part of our lives.
You can choose to ignore it or to see it without watching at it or to observe it attentively.
There are several ways of seeing Street Art.

Me & Milan Street Art are a series of different routes I have conceived to share with you the Street Art that shows technical proficiency, beauty, emotional power and conceptual ideas.

These private guided walking tours are an invitation to introduce you to the famed Italian street artists. Book your private tour now

The works are subject to whatever change or destruction may come since they are created on public or private surfaces which are neither owned by the artist nor permitted to be worked on by the property owners. The potential impermanence of these works of art contributed to their meaning and helped the growth of street art popularity.

Those who truly appreciate the work of famed street artists agree that this art would not be the same without the medium being the street.

Some of the anti-museum mentality can be attributed to the ideology of Filippo Tommaso Marinetti who founded in Milan the avant-garde movement Futurism. In 1909 he published the Manifesto of Futurism that was a rejection of the past and a celebration of speed, machinery, violence, youth and industry. A quote of him reads: “we will destroy all the museums”.

Many street artists claim we do not live in a museum so art should be in public places with no tickets.

Duration for each route: 4 hours.
